However, with the study of palmistry, it is sure that palmistry can help us understand more about ourselves. And, we, as a palmist, have the goal to help every soul understand themselves and break free from difficulty. What do the goals of being of palmist for Jennifer? As a palmist, Jennifer Hirsch, has tremendous experience in reading the palms. Let us listen to her voice of being a palmist.

1. How did you first get into psychic reading or spiritual work, and how has it changed or grown since you started?
I worked as a massage therapist from 1979. Many people came to me for physical healing and counseling as well as for Reiki and other energy channeling therapies I studied. Then in 1990 I decided to study palmistry. I chose palmistry because I liked the idea of being able to touch and hold people’s hands which speaking with them. I evolved from palmistry to chirology after I discovered the British Cheirological Society (now defunct) and did their home study course. At first, I had no confidence but through the years I became increasingly skilled at supporting people.
2. What sets your approach to psychic readings or spiritual counseling apart from others?
Probably my immersion in the concept of “The 5 Realms”. The 5 realms are the physical, emotional, vocational, mental and spiritual layers of our existence. This model of counseling and coaching is intrinsic to 5 element chirology. I offer my intuition woven within the context of these aspects of life. I also like to emphasize the relevance of touch in the dialogue therapy that is chirology.
3. What kind of services do you offer, and how do they empower and support your clients?
I offer online readings and courses in how to read hands, based on 34 years of immersion with thousands of clients, students, teaching and authoring. My students are supported with what they learn from me, and over the years many clients have felt understood and well-advised.
4. Describe any ways you’re involved in your local or online spiritual community such as leading workshops or events.
While I have previously hosted very many workshops both local and online since 1997, I’m currently relatively retired, that is, I no longer offer local or online events.
5. Influential teachers or mentors: discuss the individuals or teachings that have had a significant impact on your spiritual journey.
My first palmistry teacher was Brian Friend in Johannesburg who taught gypsy palmistry and who influenced me greatly. Thereafter I learned about the incredible 5 element system of chirology from Christopher Jones from the then British Cheirological Society. Having been interested in psychology and spiritual studies since young, many therapists have influenced me, but of all my teachers, the Lazaris channelings had the greatest influence.
6. Can you please share with us any interesting stories from your career as a psychic or spiritual worker?
One Saturday afternoon I read the hands of a woman in Cape Town. In the conversation, it was revealed that she was going for medical tests on Monday. There was mention of possible serious heart disease. Without thinking, I said “You’ll be ok, you are wounded, but no, you are not diseased”. After she left, I was so worried (it was on my mind for weeks after) that I was completely wrong, that I’d said that to try comfort her, that it wasn’t ethical of me to diagnose and predict. But then 6 weeks later she emailed to thank me for helping reassure her, she was well and her heart was going strong.
7. What advice would you give to individuals who are navigating their own spiritual awakening or journey?
To cultivate personal integrity, humility, non-judgement. Be gentle with the spoken word, especially to what you say to yourself. Breathe.
8. Can you share any insights or predictions about upcoming spiritual or energetic shifts that you feel are important for your clients to be aware of?
What’s important to me and to most people around me is to is to stay as grounded as possible in this time of great global transition.
9.Can you share any rituals or practices that individuals can incorporate into their daily lives to enhance their spiritual growth and connection?
Meditation, any and all varieties/variations. Anything that connects us to the Eternal. Breathwork.
10. What tools or techniques do you use to connect with clients on a deeper spiritual level during readings or sessions?
I use prayer (spoken), visualization guidance, somatic body awareness, chakra awareness, guided visualization and breathwork.
11. How do you ensure that your practice as a psychic or spiritual worker reflects your genuine self and values?
By harnessing as much integrity as I, in my human fallibility and imperfection, able to apply. From administrative competence to hospitality, kindness, respect, all the great virtues might apply through the spectrum of what running a practice entails. To forgive and be compassionate towards others and myself.
12. What do you do to take care of your own spiritual well-being when you’re not working as a psychic or counselor?
Create, meditate, exercise, breathe, love my family and friends, cook, rest.
13. How do you envision the future of spirituality and psychic work, and how do you see yourself evolving and contributing to this field in the years to come?
The future of our exploration of non-material realms is expanding in ways that are too fast to comprehend. How I see myself evolving and contributing to this field in the years to come is a question I’m asking myself, that is, where to from here? Right now, the answer is “go within”.
14. How do you interpret symbols or messages received during a reading?
I pay attention to any symbols, messages, smells, sensations etc and then use intuition and discernment to decide on how to convey.
15. Have you ever encountered negative or challenging energies during a reading, and how did you address them?
Many times. When needed, I use prayer (silent, personal) and then smudge, incense, chanting to clear space after the client has left.
16. How do you approach predicting future events or outcomes during a reading?
There is no one size fits all answer to this question. It depends on the situation and the person. Intuition comprises a full one third of the hand reading service I offer.
17. What do you believe happens to the soul after physical death?
I don’t have a “belief” in this regard. Death is an illusion. We come from and return to source.
18. Have you ever experienced a psychic phenomenon that you couldn’t explain?
My near-death experience comes to mind. As I lost consciousness, I experienced pure bliss.
19. How do you address questions about fate versus free will during readings?
That would depend on the client’s world view. Some people’s situations are so bad that they don’t really have free will, in which case we might explore their understanding of karma and fate.
20. What do you believe is the purpose of psychic readings or spiritual guidance in people’s lives?
The purpose is to help them to feel heard, understood, cared about and encouraged.
21. How do you approach helping clients who are experiencing spiritual crises or existential questions?
With empathic listening and presence, being fully present for their sharing. With different cultures each having different beliefs, I try to meet them where they are.
